Orders are processed after payment has been successfully confirmed. Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and supplier processing.

Delivery Time

Orders are generally delivered within 8–20 business days after processing.

The estimated delivery timeframe may vary depending on the product, supplier processing, destination, customs, courier operations, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Dropshipping

Hub4Value currently operates using a dropshipping fulfilment model. This means that products are sourced from third-party suppliers and shipped directly to customers.

We do not keep all products physically on hand at our premises.

As our business grows, we are working towards keeping selected products in stock and on hand. This will allow us to offer faster fulfilment and delivery on eligible products in the future.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Where tracking information is available, it will be provided to you once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.

Delayed or Missing Orders
